Q:  Why buy Adeline’s Desserts?

A:  We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients to make our desserts.

Q:  Can I choose my desired delivery date?

A:  Yes. Please specify your desired date in the comments box on your order.

Q:  Do you have a product listing

Q: Will I get a confirmation?

A: Yes. All customers receive a customized email confirming their order and any adjustments to their order. Expect a personalized email within 48 hours from us after you place your order.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can call, text, or email what you would like to order. Please give your full name, telephone number and email address with your order so that an invoice may be sent.  Orders can be paid over the phone, online, or in person prior to delivery.  Adeline’s uses Square for invoicing and payments.  Cash App is also available for payments.  Personal and company checks must clear the bank before your order is prepared and sent out. To place an order using a money order and/or bank draft please request an estimate for your order.  Make all money orders and checks payable to Carlisse Dawson.  Adeline’s Home of Fine Desserts is located at 7280 Pepperdam Avenue, North Charleston, South Carolina 29418.  For further information call Carlisse at (843) 860 – 4512.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders must be placed or received by noon 12:00 PM {EST}, five working days in advance of your desired delivery date. Adeline’s Home of Fine Desserts ships products using FedEx overnight and 2-Day delivery.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes. If we haven’t processed your order, we will cancel it and refund you your money. But, once your order has been shipped or prepared for delivery, we will not be able to cancel it. Cancellations must be received in writing by email at delicioustreats@adelines.bz no later than 3 business days prior to the delivery date. Service charges and/or order processing costs incurred by Adeline’s may apply to cancelled orders. Absolutely no refunds after an order has been shipped or prepared.

Q: Do you ship overseas (APO/FPO)?

A: Not at this time. Please check back with us. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are sent out via Priority Mail, which is slightly more expensive than Fed Ex ground.

Q: Do you have seasonal desserts?

A: Yes. Please contact Adeline’s for these products.

Q: What is the local delivery cost?

A: It costs $15.00 for delivery in the local Charleston area. Please contact us for delivery outside of Charleston.

Q: What is your returned check policy?

A: All returned checks are charged a $35.00 fee.

Q: Can I change my delivery address?

A: Yes. Please contact us when you realize that you want the order shipped to a different address. If your order has been shipped out it is almost impossible to stop the delivery to the original address.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes.

Q: Do you accept C.O.D. Orders?

A: No. We do not accept any C.O. D. orders.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Yes.
