Adeline’s Home of Fine Desserts has been making sweet treats since 1998. It is owned and operated by Carlisse Dawson who was recently awarded winner of the Black Expo’s “Taste of Black Charleston” – “Best Sweets” Category.  Carlisse received her training over the years by her “Southern Belle” mother the late Prestyne aka Dr. P. and the Culinary Institute of Charleston. She specializes in gourmet Cookies, Cakes, Cupcakes, Bars, Cheesecakes, Novelty cakes, Lunchbox meals and light Catering.
